Summer program Day2
計量から一次発酵、成形、二時発酵まで全て自分達で行いました。
お家の人にも持って帰ってあげたいと、家族の事を思いながらソーセージを入れたり、ジャムを入れたりしていました。出来たてのパンの美味しい事!!
初めてのパン作り、大成功でした!!
On the second day of our summer program, we made bread 🍞✨
From measuring the ingredients, to the first rise, shaping, and the second rise – the kids did everything by themselves. They even thought of their families, saying they wanted to take some home, and filled the bread with sausages or jam with so much care! The freshly baked bread was absolutely delicious! Their very first bread-making experience was a big success!
