バザーを明日に控え、今週はプリセールを行いました。
実際のバザーを想定して、外国人のお客さん、日本人のお客さん、お店側のスタッフ役を順番に体験しながらお買い物の練習をしました。

最初はあまり興味のなかった子どもたちも、お財布を持って買い物を楽しむうちにどんどん夢中に。
今回は使える金額を決めていたため、それ以上は買えませんでしたが、「明日までキープしておきたい！」と売約済みシールを貼る姿も見られました。

小さな子どもたちは、100円で何が買えるのかを考えたり、値札は読めても手持ちのお金と照らし合わせて選ぶのに少し戸惑ったりと、リアルなお金の学びに挑戦。
また、高いものを買うと1つだけ、安いものだとたくさん買える…この違いに納得できず「ずるーい！」と可愛い声が上がる場面もありました。

いよいよ明日は本番。
たくさんの人が来て、子どもたちの頑張りが実りますように！

With the bazaar coming up tomorrow, we held a pre-sale practice this week.
To simulate the real event, the children took turns being foreign customers, Japanese customers, and shop staff as they practiced shopping.

Even those who weren’t very interested at first soon discovered how fun shopping can be, and their excitement kept growing.
We set a spending limit for the pre-sale, so they couldn’t buy more than their budget—but some children still put “reserved” stickers on items they wanted to keep for tomorrow!

For the younger children, it was a great learning experience. They understood the price tags, but choosing which coins to use or what they could buy with 100 yen was a bit confusing at first.
Some also noticed that buying one expensive item feels different from buying many small items—and a few insisted, “That’s not fair!” It was a very cute moment.

Tomorrow is the big day.
We hope many visitors will come and enjoy the bazaar the children have worked so hard to prepare!
